LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

The everchanging nature of the global workforce means that leaders of the 21st century particularly need guidance to implement strategic initiatives and drive the desired culture. This requires deliberate and intentional behaviours and processes.

The development of leaders is core work for organisations. As a result, Pentagram Potential creates programs that are fully customised to the organisation's strategic and operational needs. Development programs can be delivered in a single day or across 3, 6, 9 or 12 days. All Pentagram Potential facilitators are Organisational Development Consultants with expertise in both psychology and neuroscience. We use an experiential development approach which links thinking to doing at all levels.

Using a neuroscience approach of self, team, and organisation, we help leaders grow their emotional, social, and attentional intelligence so that they’re more effective in their role and have the tools to create high performing teams, wellbeing and engagement.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY ASSESSMENTS

Our PS25 cultural assessments evaluate psychological safety within your organisation and identify areas for improvement. We assist leaders in creating an environment of trust and openness where teams feel empowered to share ideas, take risks, and collaborate without fear of retribution or judgment. Working in conjunction with senior leaders, we advise on the systems, rituals and behaviours needed to develop and maintain a high-performance organisation. Leaders need to be deliberate and intentional in creating the desired culture. This cannot be done without first understanding what drives culture and how it is formed.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Senior leaders live in an increasingly complex world. The informational overload and rapid pace of change of today means that the social skills required to communicate are more important than ever before. The conduct of senior leaders within an organisation is predictive of its success. Developing senior leaders through coaching is therefore paramount and will allow them to better fulfill the requirements of their role.

Leaders must develop social intelligence, emotional intelligence, and attentional intelligence if they wish to harness the collective intelligence of the organisation most effectively. It can be lonely at the top, so coaches play a critical role in supporting the mental wellbeing of senior leaders. Pentagram Potential coaches are highly skilled in neuroscience, strategy, and operations, allowing them to provide informed advice whilst developing the skillsets of executives. We use multiple evidence-based assessments to support our coaching: 360 Degree feedbacK, Strength assessmentS and EQ Assessments.

Strategic planning is not complex work, it is the execution which requires robust and productive social process to achieve the most effective outcomes. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENTS

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments measure a leader’s ability to recognise, understand, and manage their emotions and those of others. High EQ is strongly correlated with effective leadership, as it influences how individuals navigate social complexities, make decisions, and inspire others. We strengthen leadership effectiveness by enhancing emotional awareness, empathy, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
