The innovative Neuroleadership programs expose leaders to leading in a brain friendly way that encourages innovation, collaboration and agility within their team and organisation. It literally changes your perspective. They challenge the way a leader sees the world and exposes the leader to emotional intelligence, attentional intelligence, social intelligence, and collective intelligence concepts to drive themselves, their team and their business forward. Programs look different at each leadership level:

At a Senior leadership level

Our Senior Leadership programs are developed for executives to guide them in their design of strategic initiatives of the organisation. Leaders are trained on how to foster the organisation’s desired culture through deliberate and intentional leadership. At this level there is a focus on designing systems.

At a Department, Area or Divisional (Middle) leadership level

Our Middle Leadership programs are developed for managers to guide them in their implementation of the strategic initiatives of the organisation. The programs harness their ability to integrate the organisation’s desired culture. At this level there is a focus on diagnosis and monitoring of systems to create accountability in behaviours and performance.

At a Frontline leadership level

Our Frontline Leadership programs are developed to support leaders in actioning the strategic objectives of the organisation. The programs strengthen their ability to embody the organisation’s desired culture. It transitions leaders who are accustomed to ‘doing,’ to ‘thinking first, then doing'. At this level there is a focus on the day-to-day application of systems and task assignment.
