Wendy works with leaders to understand their organisation’s current culture and how to create and sustain a psychologically safe environment with shared purpose. Her focus is on the organisation’s behaviours. She develops neuroleadership focused strategic and operational initiatives, from Board to Frontline leaders, to develop leaders with backbone and heart.
Rachael is delivery focused with a pragmatic and adaptable approach to facilitating behaviour change through insightful and clear business strategy. Combining principles of psychology and neuroscience Rachael is a vibrant personality who builds strong, effective relationships and is committed to adding value through people.
Miranda works with individuals and groups to facilitate positive change, both personally and professionally. In aligning values and purpose through an interpersonal neurobiology lens, she supports leaders and teams to better understand behaviours. She provides strategies and skills to respond more adaptively and compassionately and to appreciate and utilise our differences in a way that enhances culture and corporate commitment.

Lily is an Organisational Development Consultant who designs evidence-based leadership and culture initiatives grounded in psychology and neuroscience. She specialises in psychometric assessments (including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360) and coaching, translating data into practical strategies that strengthen capability, wellbeing, and performance. Lily partners closely with clients across diverse industries to build high-trust cultures and align people initiatives to strategic goals, and also designs and delivers leadership programs that support sustainable development.
